Interpreting for the Deaf
Welcome to Deaf at Glad!
Welcome to our Sunday morning church service here at
Glad Tidings Tabernacle (GTT). Each Sunday at 10 am we gather, with other Believers to enjoy wonderful fellowship and the Pastor's teaching from the Word of God, interpreted to ASL.
Hearing and Deaf join together with volunteer (non-professional) interpreters.
Music, worship, testimonies and sermon are presented in ASL (American Sign Language).
Recently our Deaf section moved to the left side of the balcony, we have a great view and sit closer to the music.
If you are Hard of Hearing and would like to use an Assistant Hearing Amplifier, let us know, we'll provide a unit for use during the morning service. Join us this Sunday... see you there!
Other Deaf Activities
Check the calendar for additional information, also you will discover exciting opportunities to become involved in other Deaf Activities.
We also encourage you to join us monthly for an exciting ASL evening led by Deaf and Hearing. Details can be found at the link for Sudbury Christian Deaf Fellowship.
Deaf Sunday School! New September 2010

Let's Link with Jesus!
Now, each Sunday we can "Link" with Jesus and with solid Bible teaching in ASL! Skilled and experienced preachers present a series of messages on a particular Bible passage or theme through DVD. Come and join us each Sunday morning following our Church service. This is an adult Sunday School program and will be alternately led each month by a Deaf or Hearing Teacher. This class will be entirely presented in American Sign Language with some voice over on the DVD teaching. Refreshments will be available before class in the main lobby.
Hi, my name is Vicky, join me and the other volunteer interpreters as we enjoy the entire Sunday morning service interpreted and Sunday School presented in American Sign Language.
