The Coffee Cafe is closed for the summer!  It will resume in September when the new Adult Educational Electives commence.

The Coffee Cafe provides you an opportunity to reconnect with old friends after the summer, or meet some new ones.  The Coffee Cafe offers you a chance for a quick cup of coffee, some timbits, and most importantly, an opportunity to meet new people or chat with some of your friends between the Church Service and the Adult Educational Elective! It is an excellent way to get connected.

To make your morning rush to get to Church on time worth it, coffee or tea and timbit was ready for a small donation on a first come first served basis before Church.  It was an excellent way to make connections, prepare hearts, and relax before the service.   

Over 200 cups of coffee or tea were served every Sunday at the Coffee Cafe in those few short moments between the Sunday service and Sunday School- it was a busy and popular place to be!  Thank you for your donations in those readily available donations baskets that helped us defray the costs of timbits, coffee, and other supplies needed to make the service possible.  

Someone had to show up and set up the tables, pick up the timbits, make the coffee, do the serving and clean up!  It would not have happened without those wonderful volunteers who were ready to serve you.  A   huge thank   you to the wonderful team of volunteers!  It was a real privilege working with each of you!  If you are interested in helping at the Coffee Cafe when it resumes in the fall, please send me an email.  There are openings for set up (8:30 - 9:30); serving (11:10-11:30) and clean up (11:30-12:20).  This is a fun way to share a smile with your Church family, learn how to make coffee, tea and cappuccinos, and get involved in a very busy corner of the Church.

A lot of folks just don't like coffee or tea so we have come up with a yummy alternative.    We are starting a trial offer and will be offering you a cup of cappuccino (french vanilla or english toffee) or hot chocolate for $1.50 per cup.
